Very transparent cost. Day of inspection he was on time, professional, and happy to explain anything. His personality is very cheerful. Inspection report delivered within 24 hours.

I first used Peter’s inspection services on my first multi-unit apartment building purchase about 13 years ago. He was so thorough, knowledgeable and professional I have only used him since. 10 properties later, (a variety of residential, commercial and mixed use buildings) I still wouldn’t choose anyone else. It’s not uncommon for a sellers realtor ask for his info after attending an inspection he performs.
